Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc held talks with President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Moon Jae-in in Seoul on Wednesday as part of his official visit to the country, during which the two leaders discussed orientations and measures to enhance relations between Việt Nam and the RoK.
