National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân and a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese NA arrived at Orly Airport in Paris at 5.25pm on Saturday (local time), beginning an official visit to France at the invitation of President of the French NA Richard Ferrand.
