Princess Anne and local authorities during the ceremony which was a part of the “Cochrane 200” activities. Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, Queen Elizabeth's only daughter, was in Santiago Thursday to attend the unveiling of a monument honoring local Navy hero Lord Thomas Alexander Cochrane.
