October CPI up 0.33%, lowest rise in 3 years

Việt Nam’s consumer price index (CPI) inched up 0.33 per cent in October, a 3.89 per cent rise year-on-year and 3.54 per cent increase from last December, according to the latest update of the General Statistics Office (GSO).
