Vietnam:Hà Nội’s CPI up as petrol prices fluctuate

The consumer price index (CPI) in Hà Nội in October surged 0.24 per cent month on month and 4.09 per cent year on year as transport costs surged 1.42 per cent thanks to the changing petrol prices, according to the Hà Nội Statistics Department.
