Vietnam:Moon-Kim summit to start early Friday, forge personal ties

The historic summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will include various events apparently aimed at forming personal ties between the two leaders that may assist international efforts to rid the North of its nuclear weapons down the road, a detailed schedule of the meeting released on Thursday showed.
